Still?!?

One of our trucks has been in a shop in Kentucky getting what is called an internal inspection. The shop has to hack into our tank and ensure welds and in and outlets are safe and secure and not leaking. They have to fix anything they find to make us safe and legal and well......

It's taking FOREVERRRRRR!

I'm getting tired of working evening shifts, which I have to do three of my four working days because two drivers have to share one truck. And since I'm not about getting up at midnight to run the early shift, I'm stuck waiting for the early driver to get done, which sometimes isn't until around noon.

Now this shop has had our truck going on three weeks. Last time, when they had the truck we're running solo right now, it was just under two weeks before we had it back. I'm thinking this is ridiculous. It'd better be done soon. Or I'm gonna snap. I'm exhausted and out of whack.

Digital Camera Help...

I recently bought a Kodak EasyShare M863 camera at Circuit City. I am not thrilled with the quality of pictures and some of the camera's functions. Mind you, I've only taken about 50 pictures so far, but when I uploaded them to my laptop and viewed them on the screen, they just looked horrible. My old camera was a Sony Cybershot DSC-S600. It took GREAT pictures but it had a lot of mechanical issues. I'd sent it back to the factory three times and it could really be worked on agian, but alas, my warranty is kaputz. So I've snapped off my usual fare of en route, on the road pictures and all of them suck. I've tried about 5 of the major "settings" and it doesn't seem to matter what I do, but they all turn out grainy and "foggy" and just crummy. For the money I paid for this camera it should take better quality pictures. Of course, today I reviewed the new camera online via various sites and it seems that the "crummy picture syndrome"

Open Forum

I have been thinking about opening myself up for questions and inquiry on both a personal and professional level recently. Today I decided I'd go for it. I am opening the floor to you, my readers, to ask me anything. Now, please understand that I have the right to refuse to answer any question I do no feel will be productive or at least entertaining. I am hoping for some really interesting questions, so don't disappoint me! I also would appreciate keeping things G or at least PG, in case there are young impressionable's reading this blog.
