Don't Panic

It's just a facelift. I was tired of the orange and green swirly background. I'm not sure I like this one but it's gonna have to do until I find something more suitable.

Even this is preferable to the orange and green swirls. Felt like I was stuck in Brady Bunch era! Fondue for dinner; keep it off the shag carpeting and your bellbottoms.

I liked your blog-look of about 2 years ago, with Salena's photos and just before.

Am sure you will come up with something fresh and good.

I like this - I was getting tired of the orange and green too - it was very busy. But I happen to like simple, not busy.

But really, I guess it doesn't matter too much what it looks like because I come here for your writing. Which is great no matter what the background. (But I really was tired of the green and orange....please don't go back to that. LOL)

I like this one too and I am pretty sure I'm gonna keep it for a while. With spring on the verge of busting forth and all, it seems appropriate.

Plus, the orange and green was getting to me too.

Belle, I liked the simplicity of the blog's look before as well. But I don't typically do the same thing twice :)

And I truly hope that those of you who don't like it can get over it. :) I don't know how it could affect your "karma" but if you say so.....

Digital Camera Help...

I recently bought a Kodak EasyShare M863 camera at Circuit City. I am not thrilled with the quality of pictures and some of the camera's functions. Mind you, I've only taken about 50 pictures so far, but when I uploaded them to my laptop and viewed them on the screen, they just looked horrible. My old camera was a Sony Cybershot DSC-S600. It took GREAT pictures but it had a lot of mechanical issues. I'd sent it back to the factory three times and it could really be worked on agian, but alas, my warranty is kaputz. So I've snapped off my usual fare of en route, on the road pictures and all of them suck. I've tried about 5 of the major "settings" and it doesn't seem to matter what I do, but they all turn out grainy and "foggy" and just crummy. For the money I paid for this camera it should take better quality pictures. Of course, today I reviewed the new camera online via various sites and it seems that the "crummy picture syndrome...

It's been a while, huh? I've been busy, busy and sick. Not a fun combination really, but I survived. The new truck and I are still getting along, however I discovered today that there may be an issue with the power steering. Luckily it's due for PM so as soon as I get to one of our terminals I will have it checked and/or fixed. I'm wondering if I am gonna end up repeating the same maintenance process from step one again just like I did with Trucky. One of the first big problems that I had with Trucky was the power steering... I truly hope this isn't going to be indicative of the maintenance future my new truck and I will have to look forward to.
