Tra-la-la-la Trolley

I have the (dis)pleasure of running around the town on the trolley route today. I'm sure it's gonna be a blast (sarcasm at it's finest). It has no A/C, horrible fumes, and fussy riders who will all whine that the regular driver betrayed them by taking a week off.

The only really good parts are that it runs a simple fare system and it's not equipped to haul the disabled in wheelchairs. I know that sounds wrong, but when there is NO A/C to retreat to after hooking up all of the securements for a wheelchair passenger it's not cool. I hate sweating. I'm gonna sweat a LOT today regardless. It's supposed to get to near 90 and I have to wear my blasted polyester uniform.

Polyester doesn't breathe. No no. :o(

i think it's cool that you got to drive the trolley, anyway. it's the closest thing we've got to a weinermobile.

Digital Camera Help...

I recently bought a Kodak EasyShare M863 camera at Circuit City. I am not thrilled with the quality of pictures and some of the camera's functions. Mind you, I've only taken about 50 pictures so far, but when I uploaded them to my laptop and viewed them on the screen, they just looked horrible. My old camera was a Sony Cybershot DSC-S600. It took GREAT pictures but it had a lot of mechanical issues. I'd sent it back to the factory three times and it could really be worked on agian, but alas, my warranty is kaputz. So I've snapped off my usual fare of en route, on the road pictures and all of them suck. I've tried about 5 of the major "settings" and it doesn't seem to matter what I do, but they all turn out grainy and "foggy" and just crummy. Open Forum

I have been thinking about opening myself up for questions and inquiry on both a personal and professional level recently. Today I decided I'd go for it. I am opening the floor to you, my readers, to ask me anything. Now, please understand that I have the right to refuse to answer any question I do no feel will be productive or at least entertaining. I am hoping for some really interesting questions, so don't disappoint me! I also would appreciate keeping things G or at least PG, in case there are young impressionable's reading this blog. Mmm...Jello

I just finished a sugar free Cherry Gel snack ( I can't call it Jell-O since it's officially a generic brand that I bought). It was yummy. Not nearly as yummy as the foods I spoiled myself with the last few days. Night one, sushi. It was damn good sushi shared with good company, whom I know let me off really cheap on my cost of the meal. It was fantastic and I was surprised at how well sushi went with light beer. Go figure. Night two, Mongolian. O M G I could eat Mongolian every freaking day for the rest of my life and never tire. It's the bestest. Primarily because you make it how you want it.
